The direct Airport Shuttle picks up at Lake Sumter Landing first then proceeds to Brownwood Hotel for departures. For arrivals, the shuttle will drop off at Brownwood Hotel first and then proceed to Lake Sumter Landing.

So pleased with the service we received for our two young girls traveling alone to Orlando. They made sure they were able to catch an earlier shuttle since their flight arrived early instead of taking the 10PM shuttle. I was in constant contact with the dispatcher. The answering service also called to make sure our girls were all set! Such great peace of mind to know our young travelers were in good hands and made it to grandma's house in the Villages. So thankful for this personal service!! Thank you Workman!

Critical: Professionalism
Promised 1/2 capacity and had a full bus. Masks were not enforced for passengers and the bus driver did not put his on once. The bus was also too hot. If you are going to advertise COVID guidelines you should follow them, not very professional to mislead their customers. Would not recommend or use again.

First and last time traveling with Workman Trans. The bus was very uncomfortable, the seats were narrow and hard like a rock !
We were on a trip to Disney Springs from the Villages FL for an evening shopping and dinner event.
Even though we arrived early to board the bus, all of the people rushed ahead , and we ended up seated almost in the back of the bus. There was a woman who was seemingly in charge. my friends were in the far far back directly next to the bathroom. When it was time to get off the bus at Disney Springs, The woman in charge announced that we must sit in these same seats on

First time booking a private ride to get my 85 year old mother to her vaccination appointment. The driver went far beyond our expectations, he was on time, communicated with us throughout the journey, stayed with her during the shot, got her home safely and provided our family with info about the Villages and resources that can help improve her life! What a God send.
