C. F. Heckman, Inc was founded in 1954 by Clarence Franklin Heckman. Clarence had two sons, Tom and Ronald. Clarence's son, Tom, purchased his dad's business in the late 60's and the name changed to C.F. Heckman and Son, Inc. Later Ronald Heckman, known as Rock, Vietnam Veteran, became an employee and always helped wherever needed.
The business headquarters was in the Heckman's kitchen and Tom's wife, Carla cooked and kept the books while taking calls and keeping the drivers schedules full. In the early years of C. F. Heckman there were no portable toilets, they were known as Out Houses. Also there were no trucks that could pump the waste from one area to another.

Your septic tank is a key component of your water treatment and recycling system. It serves as a settling basin where solids accumulate and gradually get broken down by bacterial action. Some of the organic waste is actually liquefied by this "natural bacterial decomposition"; however the rest of the waste accumulates in the bottom as a layer of sludge.

A septic tank is an essential piece of your water treatment and recycling system. The tank is where waste accumulates over time and gets broken down by bacterial action. This waste even gets liquefied due to natural bacterial decomposition. The remaining waste forms a layer of sludge at the bottom of the tank, which serves as a settling basin.
