The prices keep increasing and the car wash is still unable to clean a vehicle. I paid $17 for the best car wash that they sell and my car came out dirty. Another issue that I had was that none of the tri foam sprayed. Every time I try this car wash I become more frustrated because the machines always have issues. When you reach out to the customer support they will offer you a new code so that you can go back to the broken carwash. Thanks for the offer but I will just work with my credit card company to get my money back.

We take our 3 cars for washing and detailing on a regular bases. However in the past few month there service went downhill. Poor vacuuming job, still bugs on the windshield. But I still keep going back, until today. I specifically paid for the service that does not have the tire shine. I also reminded them twice that I do not want anything on my tires. Still that tire shine ended up on my wheels. I ask to please remove it. The only way to do so is with a pressure washer. One of the employees was ready to use degreaser on my tires. I ask not to. Automatic dryer at the end of the cycle does a decent job, but bring some towels to give things a quick, more thorough wiping when finished.
Payment is via touch screen and accepts cash, credit cards, and Tap-to-Pay. A tip bucket is also present, but tipping is not an option via the touchscreen. Wish this was available, as I generally don't have cash in my vehicle.
Overall, it's quick and gets my car satisfactorily

Not good at all. Paid $13 to do nothing to this car. The fans didn't completely dry us off so there are still water spots ALL over the windows. It didn't rinse off all of the soap, and on the bottom half of the doors it is still extremely dirty. Extremely angry to pay $13 that I could spend on something much more valuable for only a dirty car. Do not go here.

The machine took $16 cash but it doesn't provide car wash. The one besides me was working but I didn't want to put another $16. I took vid and photo just incase. I called the office no answer i left a VM. It's been a week now nobody is calling me to resolve it. Also there was zero attendant that time. The one time there was an attendant.. it was an older man and was hitting on me telling me his problem with his wife or ex wife. It's disgusting. 100% completely done with this place. The last 2 times I've gone through the water doesn't spray correctly and the "tri colour" has been one colour short, or 2 at this last and final time. If one pays for festive unicorn soap, festive unicorn soap shall be received!! The last time was basically unicorn pee. The non-touch option is great and all, but you're probably not going to get what you paid for when you go here.

Not what it used to be. When the car wash was new I remember it doing a great job. Took my Explorer through today and it's clear the equipment has not aged well. I spent $15 only to have to come home and hand wash my car. Even more disappointing is the lack of personal on site. Who do you count when the wash does not wash? We will not be returning in the future.

Gets really busy at times. There is never a person around when something happens, like not getting the right amount of change back or having the coin machine eat the $10 bill like it's nothing. Half the times hoses are leaking and not giving that pressure wash that it should. It's a 50/50 either it will be great or it will horrible like some kid washed it.

Great service each time I come here. The attendants are very thorough with cleaning my vehicle before the actual car wash. They were also friendly and informative- reminding me to turn off wipers, not pressing breaks etc. They are about to into construction to upgrade their equipment and I will most likely come back for their unlimited car wash plan.

Had to run through the b***h twice (paid for the minimum the second time). Paid $15 for a wash that didn't even lift the dust off of my vehicle. Do your damn job and maintain the wash system. Owner, close the wash down, fix the issues, and stop takin the community's money with these sh*tty car washes.

Literally the worst car wash I have ever been too and it looks fancy and new. Third time through and more disappointed then the last two times. Just left a message for the number listed and want my money back. Car is filthy and was just washed at dealership Sunday and it's Wednesday and went through to show the shine for in laws on new truck. Bad decision... said to my fiancé pulling out of driveway should go to maple valley but this is so much closer!!! Bad decision. Flush your money down the toilet instead of going here.

This is your basic touchless car wash. It's convenient when you don't have the time to hand wash your own car. You have four options of wash, which you pay before you get into one of the bays. This place does get quite busy so I recommend coming by early in the mornings. This place get a lot of business because there are no other close options nearby.
