Details on the Go is owned and operated by Keith Valnes, an Auburn native who started detailing in 1989 and opened the doors to his own business in 2002 at the urging of friends and family who have long enjoyed the rewards of his detailing expertise. Includes prep washing of the exterior, a multi-step paint polishing process to bring out a swirl-free high-gloss shine, and wax to protect your paint. Doorjambs, hood and trunk jambs, gas cap area, wheels and wheel wells receive careful attention. Includes basic hand wash of the exterior.

Auto detailing will remove light scratches and blemishes from car exteriors. I had my 2 cars detailed for the very first time as they badly needed cleaning up. I've always wanted to try before but thought it's too expensive. I ended up going with Details on the Go due to the great reviews and was not disappointed at all. Great value, owner was very responsive and I'm just overall satisfied with the work. My 2 year 2000 cars now look and smell new! I would definitely consider doing this an annual thing now as I'm just really impressed with the service. Keith was a pleasure to work with. He texted me the night before to confirm my appointment and address. He promptly arrived on time the next day. He took the car for about 4 hours for an interior and exterior detail. The car came back looking brand new! I'm really happy with his work and attention to detail. The green, pollen, moss build up was gone from the lips of the windows and trunk areas. The coffee stains in the seats were gone. The floors mats looked new even though they are seven years old. Really pleased with the work and highly recommended.

Recently, we took our work/camping truck to Details On the Go with not super high expectations. We have driven our poor truck all over the country and we can't remember the last time it has had a good wax job- it's literally been years. The paint was dull and we had quite a few scratches in it. Also, we were given a quote from another, local detailer, and the other business wanted over $600 to detail our truck inside and out. I received a quote for $210 for interior and exterior cleaning for my SUV and three hours for the job. When i got there, the owner told me my car wasn't really in need of a full service detail since it wasn't that bad. He helped me save some money by customizing my cleaning which I really appreciate since I was completely ready to pay the quoted amount. He did a great job cleaning the interior and was done in 1.5 hours. Definitely will be going back for more services.

What a nice guy! Took our Subaru in to get detailed in order to sell and it looks fabulous. He went above and beyond for us and I'm so so thankful. I took my car for interior detailing and I am very happy and satisfied with the result. Keith is very friendly and accommodating. I messaged him through Yelp and he responded quickly. He got me scheduled the next day (Sunday).
My main concern was the cargo cover. I bought it used and it was heavily stained. I tried to clean it but I think I made it worse. Now, it's clean and it looks brand new. The price is reasonable and he even slashed some of it off when he found out that the car is not that messy. I would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Had an appt. to get my truck detailed on my only day off. I arrived a few minutes early and waited patiently. When our specified appt. time arrived and Keith had not arrived I sent him an email (the way we had been communicating prior to today) and got no response. A few minutes later I called Keith and nobody answered the phone. At this point I decided to leave and go home (21 miles back to Puyallup). When I finally did hear from Keith (via telephone) he wanted to argue about how late he was, I said 10 minutes and he did not agree (does it matter? Late is late). He would have been much better
