The companionship provided by our CareTeam allows your loved ones the confidence needed to do things that may make them uneasy when they are alone. Hi I'm Jim Nowak, founder of Family First Caregivers Inc. I would like to tell you about myself, and why I am so passionate about caregiving. It's my hope that this message strengthens our connection. Thank you for allowing us into your homes and entrusting us with the care of your loved ones. As the Family First Caregivers founder, I believe in family and community.
Family First Caregivers' primary location in Strongsville, OH is now an official drop off site for Coats for Kids. We are doing our part to help keep the children in Northeast Ohio warm this winter. We are accepting donations for new or gently worn children's coat. If you have a coat that can keep a child warm and want to donate it, then please come on by and drop it off!
Family First Caregivers, Inc. wants to express our gratitude to those who connect us with new families. If you send us the name and contact information of someone who later becomes a client of FFC, we will send you $100. This offer is valid upon new families signing a contract with Family First Caregivers, Inc. Signed contracts for a minimum of 20 hours of caring weekly.
Deb I want to thank you and Jim for the beautiful flowers received at the funeral on Saturday. Our family was so appreciative for your generosity. We had a beautiful chapel service and the military service at the gravesite was so impressive. Everything was perfect and a great honor to Harry. Again, thank you for your support.

I can’t say enough about Family First. They are great! Jim was very professional and went out of his way to accommodate me for the care of my 94 year old father. His caregiver, Waynett, was super and I couldn’t have asked for better care for him. She did so much for him...cleaning, shopping, doctor appointments and even took him bowling one last time. He loved her! I tried another company before and was very disappointed in them, and when I found Family First, I was so happy! Thank you for making my dad’s last days comfortable and for all of your care.

Family First is so much better than the other larger companies we changed from. Family owned is the best. We tried 2 other larger companies and the people sent to my parents were always different and not at all prepared (or skilled it seemed.) I was referred to Family First from a good friend and we saw the difference immediately. from the call we made after hours (that was actually answered by the owner) then our meeting and now the caring my parents have received the past 17 months. After reading some of the reviews for Family First Caregivers I have to say that I am very disappointed in seeing the negative reviews that were recently posted here. My experience has been that this company is dedicated to providing quality in home care. Families trust the company with their loved ones care. If a caregiver cannot maintain the correct level of care and dependability then steps are taken. Certain things will not be tolerated and are cause for dismissal. (calling off at the last minute, not showing up to work, leaving a persons home before the end of a shift, being unprofessional

I have been working for Family First Caregivers for quite a while now. Jim Nowak is a wonderful employer providing a great source of care-giving to families that want to keep their loved ones in their homes for as long as possible. He knows what he expected from caregivers that were caring for his family members and will accept nothing less from the caregivers he employs. As the family care coordinator I take time to make sure that caregivers with the right skill set are sent to our families. I have read reviews placed here by past caregivers. My family owes Jim, Cyndi, and Jessica at Family First Caregivers so much. We didn't know what to do to get care for my grandma at home, and they made it so easy, called back right away, help us get last minute caregivers, and they weren't even concerned about getting payment or anything, just getting grandma the care she needed. These are really good people. Highly reccomend.
