Amara Home Care Services, Inc. (AHC) subscribes to the definition of health by the World Health Organization. To that end, the personnel at Amara Home Care are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate health care and promoting maximum physical, mental, and social conditions in the homes of our clients/patients and their families.We believe in accountability to our clients. We strive to improve their ability for self-care so that they can live more qualitative lives with their families and in society.
Services
We are a for-profit Medicare/Medicaid Certified Home Health Agency providing services to Medicare/Medicaid, Developmental Disability, U.S Veterans Affairs (VA), and Passport clients. Amara Home Care Services, Inc. serves the geographic area within a 30-mile radius of our office. The areas covered include Cuyahoga, Parma, and Lorrain counties.
Ans :Amara has been providing services to DD clients since 2002. Our experience with DD population include complex health issues and providing quality care have kept them at the comfort of their family home instead of facilities. We have taken care of Tracheostomy clients, we are very comfortable taking care of G/T clients and have nursing oversight in place at all times to assist our caregivers.

This facility never delivered any services to the patient. The first home health card aid was a no-show, with no warning. The explanation was that she "wrote down the wrong address." The second day of care someone else was assigned. No call, no show again. The excuse was that she "had a court date." The third day was the same story, with the same aid (April) who then said she "didn't know where the house was."
