Due to the owner’s, Trisha, rudeness, unprofessionalism, etc., I DO NOT recommend this business at all! However, one time a hispanic woman (I believe Carolina Sanchez) covered for Trisha. The customer service is so horrible. I spoke to one of the secretaries who speaks to people in a very condescending manner. She is very rude and unprofessional. There are other places with greater customer service. She probably spoke to me like that because I used my groupon to book my appointment. She cancelled my appointment on me and told me that “you’re not someone that we will like to have here.” Very unfortunate experience.

I truly enjoy my experience every time I go to Laser Luxury in Briarcliff Manor, NY. Trisha does her best to accommodate my hectic work schedule and when I reach out her response time is almost immediate. I have been coming here for years for the best facials. This place is very welcoming and not to mention very clean which is a real concern during Covid-19. Trisha thanks for your wonderful customer service and running a great business. Major kudos!

Okay this place is the WORST place for customer service. the Owner is actually TERRIBLE. I went to an urgent care to get COVID testing done today because I have a risk of exposure.
I want to be responsible and not come in until my test results are back. Still charges 25 dollar cancellation fee for my appointment (and I've been a customer for over a year). Trisha is a horrible human being with no sympathy - does not know how to run a successful business. dont just base it off these reviews. less than 3 stars on yelp...

I recently had my teeth whitened and a spray tan before leaving to go to a friends wedding. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend getting teeth whitening done here! I’ve had them done at my regular dentist for 4 times the price and didn’t yield as nice of results. The spa inside is very nice and clean!

I went to Laser Luxury last month and saw Becky. She gave me one of the best facials I have ever gotten. She was kind,knowledgeable and very accommodating. She did not rush and explained each thing she did! I will book with her again for sure. I will also advise my friends to use Becky at Laser Luxury!
