I’ve been going to both the Goshen and Nyack offices for Bella Tu Spa services for some time now. I cannot say enough about how great this place is and their quality of services and staff. I have had Botox, juvederm, coolsculpting, psp microneedling to list a few. The last time I had my lips done by Katherine was by far the best they have ever looked. Jessica is a pro at coolsculpting. Jordan, Carol and Katherine are all amazing at Botox. They are innovative and very professional and current with the most advanced procedures. I highly recommend this business.

I showed up late ( I know I’m the worst ) but everyone was so calm I didn’t feel rushed AT ALL. Honestly this was the best experience I could’ve asked for. I guess this is long overdue since I've been going to Bella Tu for about 10 years. They're wonderful, kind and very professional! Margaret has the best bedside manner! She listens and only recommends treatments that she feels would really benefit you. In other words, she doesn't hard sell their services for the sake of... She's been excellent at treating my skin conditions throughout the years and has the lightest hands. Kim and Nellie are the best, making you feel welcome and cared for from the moment you walk in. Never again! The nurse injected me with juvaderm around corners of my mouth. Not asking for anything difficult with one shot, however, this turned out to be the utmost disaster! This has never happened before when I had this done by a real doctor a few years back. First, I had broken capillaries around injection site. Second, the area of injection had red blotches for months and still persists today-only now accompanied by some pimple-tiny bumps around mouth and chin area!
