Rich and Ted are an amazing team. My tank alert went off 2 days ago. Rich and Ted went out of their way to come look at my septic system the next day. I literally had no clue about a septic system because this was my first time having a home on a septic system. They explain everything to me and help resolve the situation within a day. They were extremely reasonably price and very knowledgeable in what they do. They were even nice to my nosey dogs hahaha. Thanks again to North Jersey Pump, you guys were amazing. I have a rental property in Kinnelon and live in Phoenix. There was a leak under the basement stairs and No Jersey Pump went out the following day, a Saturday, to repair the problem. Rich sent me photos of the worn well pump part that was leaking and the new part. He let me know what was being done every step of the way. I highly recommend this company. We came home to find the basement covered in water on a Friday night. Call North Jersey Pump Sat. Morning and they were there by early afternoon. Rich came, replaced the water tank, was extremely friendly, honest and efficient. Within 2 hours tank was replaced and all was well and we had water again. Would highly recommend!
