We are both an authorized Goulds & Grundfos pump dealer. Both pumps are stainless steel from top to bottom, offer the highest quality and state of the art pumping technology.
It's your well pump, and your well tank. The pumps job is to pump up water to your tank, and your tanks job is to store & pressurize your water so your pump can cool down properly. There is a pressure switch on your well tank. That switch will tell the pump to turn on at a certain level (psi) and off at a certain level.

We woke up Sunday morning to no water. I called The Pump Doctor at 10:39 AM and reached Charlie immediately. He was at my house within 45 minutes, diagnosed the problem and was back with a partner within an hour. Our well pump was replaced and they completed the job by 1:40 PM. From initial call to completion took a total of 3 hours - prompt, knowledgeable and courteous service with very reasonable rates. I will ABSOLUTELY call them again if the situation arises. Five stars!!!!!

After reading some yelp reviews, I decided to give The Pump Doctor a call because my water just stopped working. I called Charlie at 10:48 am and by 11:30 am they were here, explained what was wrong, fixed it and showed me how to correct it myself should it happen again. AND the service fee was more than reasonable!

I had issues at a rental property where there was little to no water pressure. My tenant called me Friday night. I called an emergency 24 hr plumber (not The Pump Doctor) who came out and charged me an arm and a leg to supposedly diagnose and 'fix' the problem. An hour after he left, tenant called and it wasn't fixed. I had a friend go look at it Sunday and he said could be a bad well pump. My tenant said they could wait until Monday. I called The Pump Doctor Monday around 7 am. I explained the situation. He said even though I am a bit out of his service area, he would take a look

Charlie and his son Joey came over to install a whole-house water filtration system. In addition to doing a very thorough job and giving me the total run-down on how my well pump and other components of my system work, they did a fantastic, quick job on the install and were pretty entertaining at the same time. They took extra time to help me locate my well even though it was just something I was curious about and not relevant to the install. Hopefully the system continues to work great, but happy with the install. I did not know them prior to hiring them and have no other connection to this business
