If you are experiencing pregnancy symptoms and think that you might be pregnant or just had a positive home pregnancy test, taking a medical grade pregnancy test is an important first step in learning if you are actually pregnant. If your medical grade test is positive, we will provide you with an ultrasound to answer three important questions that will confirm whether or not you are actually pregnant.
Pregnancy testing detects the presence or absence of the hormone known as HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) in urine to aid in the early detection of pregnancy. Lab-quality urine pregnancy tests conducted by a registered nurse are used in our centers and are 99% accurate. These rapid tests can detect pregnancy as early as 7 to 10 days from conception-earlier than some at-home pregnancy tests.
If you are unsure about whether or not you want to continue your pregnancy, your FIRST step should be to have an ultrasound at a medical clinic that does not financially benefit from your decision. At our centers YOU are the focus of our care and attention.

I found this place when it was A Woman's Concern, I was pregnant for the 3rd time, after two abortions, I decided to keep my son. Twenty-three years later I went back and got post abortion counseling. I had no idea the effects my abortions had on my life. The Wonderful staff helped me heal in ways I didn't know were possible. I am forever grateful for them. I would give them 10 stars if I could!! Thank you!

I wish I could give this place ZERO STARS!!! After visiting this facility today 8/20/20 I went home and decided to call around to other medically inclined doctors. This place was the worst experience EVER!!! They make you feel as if wanting an abortion is a “bad” decision(which it is NOT). I felt welcomed at first and then they push information about waiting to get the aspiration(in-Clinic) abortion done. They tell you to wait 2 weeks or longer. This is their way of making you go past the limitation of the 11wks before you are unable to get the abortion. I AM SO HAPPY I DECIDED TO BOOK MY APPOINTMENT

Let's be honest about what this place is, because it's NOT a real abortion clinic. Your Options Medical Centers is a "crisis pregnancy center", which is designed to persuade and even coerce those that are pregnant AWAY from abortion. They are not medical providers and their mission is not to provide patients with accurate medical information. They are a pro-life Christian group trying to push their agenda onto unsuspecting people. Don't go here.

I went here with my first pregnancy and was greeted by a wonderful team of professionals who have a passion for what they do. The office is clean, warm and inviting and the staff is knowledgeable and welcoming. I have a wonderful experience going here. I love that you can go for up to 1 year after you have your little one 😊

The best place to go if you are scared, unsure or just need advice. It is non profit with a real nurse They are extremely understanding, caring, compassionate, honest and knowledgeable. I first met them 13yrs ago when it was womens concern i found out i was pregnant and was in a domestic situation and they helped me in ever possible way even if it was just a shoulder to cry on someone to talk to it even was a place to go with mu son and i always felt safe.
