I was searching insurance quotes for homeowner's insurance since we are in the process of buying a new home. I talked with Emily and she went above and beyond to help me with all I needed. I ended up switching to a new car insurance policy plus buying homeowner's insurance. This experience was the best I have ever had dealing with insurance. I had a claim back on Jan 2020 and was having some issues with the claim, called Scott Shuff and he was super helpful and did everything he could to follow up with the claim.
At some point during the claim, Scott had to go out of town and Bridgette Alvey did an amazing job following and assisting me with the claim.
Made an amazing difference!
The staff in Scott Shuff office are very helpful.

Switched my car and homeowners to State Farm and have not been disappointed. Dana is a great agent to have. Also just filed my 1st insurance claim ever, and State Farm took wonderful care of me and made the process very smooth and easy. Highly recommend!
Update 1/16/19: Just added some personal belongings policies and needed coverage the Friday before Christmas, so that I felt safe going on vacation and leaving my home for a week. Shaante was extremely responsive and got me covered the same day.

So let me begin by saying this. When I was in the process of trying to purchase my first car I called insurance agency after agency and all of their answers were the same. $400+ a month. This happened to be the very last agency I contacted and I told them my situation and the sweet lady I spoke with told me she was gonna do whatever she could to help me.
