Service. Do you miss it? Value. Think its lost? Personal attention. Ever experienced it? This lady has taken care of my messes since she started. I am amazed at her commitment to her clients, and the lengths she’ll go to in making sure things are as they should be. It comes from her heart, as you can’t train or teach a person to be passionate. Dana is a wonderful person to work with and she genuinely cares about her customers. Before she opened her own agency, I always ask for her when I called the insurance agency she worked for. She worked at knowing my family personally, and continues to do so now that she has her own agency. She also saved me a considerable amount of money on my home owners insurance.
