I called looking for a repair man. We talked through the issue the model number in the age of the machine. I really appreciated the honesty of this man. He basically told me based on your situation “you’re going to spend more repairing it than buying a new one”. He recommended I get a new machine and I am giving him five stars for being such a straight shooter.

Called on a Wednesday to find out about repairing my "thumping" Kenmore dryer; DK Appliance made an appointment with me for the next afternoon. Konstantine (the "K" in DK!) came on time, got right into trouble- shooting, took that machine apart, and put it back together in less than an hour - fixed! I know not all repairs will be so quick 'n easy, but he will be as prompt, professional, and personable on any call - and reasonably priced, too!
