Heaping portion of Ziti with Seasoned Ricotta, 2 handmade meatballs, smothered in homemade gravy and topped with Mozzarella. Pulled Pork OR Chicken, Butter, Sour Cream, Bacon, Shredded Cheddar, Scallions and Sweet & Tangy sauce. There was a negative review left with my name, anyone that knows me knows I love Guzzy’s. This shop is the closest thing to wallys. That was at the spillway at lake como. I always rant & rave about it. Actually 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wouldn’t even give Seth the credit his work deserves the

Baby back ribs were seasoned well, dry in spots, but overall delicious.
Mac and cheese was decent, but a little runny.
Baked beans were decent, but I prefer them to be a little sweeter.
Red skin potatoes were absolutely unacceptable, as if they have been sitting out for a night or two.
I would go again for the ribs, but that's it for now.

Location says Middletown, however they are in Smyrna now. Called to ask about something on the menu..seemed to be more of a bother to the staff, short, rude, then said we don't that, ok well your menu says you do maybe you should update. Based on my phone conversation and rudeness of the guy that answered I won't try the food or call back.

The event I went to had what I think was baked chicken which was not completely cooked. There were three trays of wings and legs and it was a shame that almost all the chicken left in the trays went to waste. People would take a bite and see blood and whatever was on the plates went in the trash.
The pasta salad was dry and bland. I didn't bother trying the rest of the food.
The pulled pork seemed to be a hit since almost all of it was gone.

They catered my son's graduation party/house warming last weekend. Food for 100 that could have easily fed 150. It was awesome. We had chicken, pulled pork, pulled beef, and salads. Everyone loved the food. One person said it was the best chicken he had in his life and I took the left over macaroni salad and pasta salad to work and everyone raved about it. My husband took the pork and chicken to work and feed the guy he worked with. We will absolutely order from them again.

I have ordered from Guzzy-Q several times this summer. I have had the ribs, pulled pork, baked beans, stuffed shrimp, chicken drums etc. and each time have very been happy. The portions are more than generous, I didn't have to worry about running out of food like you do with some caterers that supply minimum serving size/ portions. My picky children ate huge amounts. They had fun experimenting with the different sauce combinations. The person I worked with was very accommodating to special needs I had and was courteous and prompt. I will continue to use Guzzy-Q for my BBQ and catering needs

This is a horrible business. First, it took 2 weeks to get a response to a request to cater a party I had this spring. Then, the wrong amount of food was suggested for 100 people. We were "oversold" how much was needed and I felt ripped off because of it. The food was okay, but I will never use them again. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the food was okay. Never again!

I am so glad that I hired Guzzy-Q for my event. They were prompt with return calls and emails and worked with me to provide exactly the right combination of food for my party. They were prompt and the food was perfectly prepared and hot when they arrived.
My guests RAVED about the food. The Ribs were tender and delicious and the Brisket was fabulous. I had so many compliments about the food; I've never had so many people come up to me at a party specifically tell me how good their meal was. The side dishes were excellent as well. We will be return customers.
