Car died on the on the highway. Called Southside and they had a flatbed out to be within 30 Minutes. Miranda was the driver and she was beyond amazing. I had two small children with me one with special needs and she was very caring and professional. Dropped me home before dropping the car off at the dealership. She was outstanding. I’m about to use them again to tow a 3500 dually. 10/10 recommend.

The company was excellent. The driver was outstanding, professional, well groomed, nice, personable, an all around great person. He went above and beyond to assist us. If ever I need long distance hauling, I will use this company again. I have even bragged to friends and family about the professionalism of the company and the driver. It baffles me of the response that this tow service has decided to make on here and other social media outlets. My initial emails included the photos that I have attached to this review and asked for someone affiliated with the company to reach out to discuss what happened and come to a resolution by replacing the tablet. There were never any demands via email, phone call or in person (I am super embarrassed for this company that they felt compelled to lie about my visit especially since I have NEVER been on their property). I was ignored for quite sometime and when a rebuttal email was sent

My girlfriend needed a tow and we contacted this company around 11 am. We were told a price & the pick up fee alone was higher than a tow I had done 2 weeks prior. I could not find the other company at that time so we went with southside wrecker. Dispatch told me it'd be 3 pm before we could be towed. The driver did not show up until almost 4:30.
The most distressing part of our dealings with this company is that their driver moved her seat all the way back so that he could drive the car onto the truck. In doing so, he broke her 5 year old's tablet. Her car sat for a few days because
