Leidy and Annie, horrible, they do not know what they are doing!!!! the owners or "managers" are never there supposedly, what kind of owner has his name on the business and lets a bunch of untrained rude people run his business, and I have Tony's personal cell phone as well. Never answers! And those 2 assistants or "managers," claim they are the only ones in charge. I have requested to State Farm cooperate, not much help with the complaint, to remove all of my files from this trash office and relocate to a better agent, who actually care about their customers and cares to work and respond when
