St Ann Rehabilitation & Nursing Center
I love the day-to-day interactions with my residents - from a simple hello, to the stories offered by them about things they love to do or stories of days gone by. Their memories are a treasure to hear - and I am truly honored to have them share pieces of themselves with me. St Ann is a wonderful place to work.

We all work as a team to give the best quality of care for our residents. The staff here in all departments work hard to make our facility a home for our residents. As soon as you walk into our facility you can feel the love and compassion we all share. The world is like a mirror reflecting what you so.

The staff at St. Ann’s have provided incredible care to my 103 year old grandmother. They are very compassionate, patient and do a great job at keeping her active and social with other residents. They have been very responsive and helpful in making appointments for visits so that family can see her when possible.

After working for Catholic Charities I was under the impression this was a good facility. I worked through a staffing agency and came to the facility on 2 separate occasions to help out the staff. During my first experience, I worked during the covid out break that spread through the facility. Many staff members and residents were impacted by this. Being one of the only staff members unaffected by covid, I picked up many hours. Worked in unsafe working conditions and at times, I was working 2 entire units at a time. Working 12+ hour days and doing anything I could to help keep things afloat. Coming

St. Ann's staff is providing excellent care to our Mother. We are well informed especially during these trying times with the pandemic and have never worried about the care she is receiving. I would definitely recommend St. Ann if you have a love one in need of nursing care.

My mother has been a resident at St Ann for seven years and I can’t say enough about the dedication of all their staff!
They have perfect resignation to do what it takes to tend to all the residents needs!
It’s obvious to me that the care the residents receive is rooted in love, compassion, patience and kindness!
The facility is well maintained and always very clean!
This past year having to deal with the pandemic on top of all the normal daily stresses had to be overwhelming!
I applaud their selfless efforts!
They put in long hours, worked through a Covid outbreak in the facility, and

This was the best rehab my mother has ever been in. From the excellent care of the doctor, nurses, LNA's, PT, OT, social worker, house keeping and front desk personnel who all went above and beyond to provide excellent care! Everyone was always smiling and truly engaged with every patient. This rehab has provided my mother with the best care that she is now higher functioning then she has been in the past few years! We were so blessed that my mother was there!

Huge Staff turn over no continuance of care. Understaffed for the amount of High Dependence residents they have.common needs like toileting and re-positioning. Residents have LONG waits for The rooms are not sufficiently cleaned and the residents have too much clutter which is a fire hazard. The Administrator is a Young Woman who is extremely unpleasant and whenever staff get close to the families and residents they tend to be "let Go". The activity department is insufficient only catering to the highest functioning residents only , when the goal should be to engage all residents to help slow decline
