We hope that your time at Colonial Poplin is as rewarding as we find working here. If there is anything more any of us can do to make your stay the best it can be, please just ask. If so, you have come to the right place. Colonial Poplin and Poplin Way provide an excellent continuum from assisted living to skilled nursing care.
I wanted to thank you and your team for all you did for Annette white and myself. I can't tell you how much it mean to me that you took a chance with Annette. In a very difficult and uncertain time, you save me hope. If her care did not start at Colonial Poplin and I had placed her somewhere else first.
Poplin Way Assisted Living is comprised of 18 large studio and one bedroom apartments, adorned with New England inspired paintings and charming decor throughout. Our community assisted living facility is located just next door to our skilled nursing facility, offering around the clock nursing assistance, if needed.

My mother was admitted with a broken ankle. The nurses and staff are wonderful. Anything we asked for or about was immediately taken care of .I feel she is in very good hands .

Our Dad had stayed at Poplin on a few occasions over the past few years for rehab after being in the hospital for medical issues. The incredible dedication and love that the staff and management showed Dad and our family was what we had hoped for.
When the time came for him to transition out of assisted living in Bedford to full time nursing care in August we were so relieved to find that Poplin had a room available. Dad's health was failing quickly and we weren't sure how long we would have together.
From Jeff and all the rest of the staff, every day was made special for our father. The unconditional

My father inlaw passed away 2 yrs ago. There is so many things Bad,awful about this place found out in a short time frame but most important abuse by a heavy set on chunky side nurse. Awful. They have no idea how to handle a dementia patient, event though they said they do. Their ankle door locking devices do not work. They told us that we needed to find a new place for mom, but we told them it was their job and they moved her to a psych unit in MA. Not what we would have preferred but better than the care she was being provided at Poplin, which was little to none. If you have a choice do not send your loved one to Poplin.

My grandmother was recently evicted from this facility- illegally, according to her ombudsman. The owner, Justin, has been nothing but rude to our family when we tried to find out more details, and receive help in relocating her. We were told that it wasn't their problem. He said that the facility was going to be all assisted living, so my grandmother had to be out by the end of the month. Talking to other staff and residents revealed that this was a blatant lie- none of them were being evicted.
My grandmother entered the nursing facility when she still had money, and was put into a private room
