Having been in residential real estate since 1988, Mike Reid has been the sole owner of Ultimate Properties since 1994. Mike, alongside his wife Vanessa, managed 200 properties, launching their lifelong business specializing in residential property management. Ultimate helped us buy our first home and the experience was incredible! Ultimate Properties has been the worst rental company I have had to work with. While my mother was dying from cancer during Covid-19 times, they insisted on coming to the house and doing inspections and denied all requests to come when my mother was out at appointments or not in the home as her immune system was compromised. Upon moving out, the house looked better than when we moved in and we did all the required professional cleanings. I just received our refund and they claimed the house was dirty, air filters (which they charge for and we replaced when they arrived) were dirty, the carpets

YOUR OFFICE STAFF ALLEGEDLY SCHEDULED SERVICE REQUESTS AND PROCEEDED TO GIVE ME 2 CONTRACTOR PHONE NUMBERS THAT DID NOT WORK. THESE PEOPLE DIDNT EVEN HAVE AN ACTIVE VOICEMAIL! I have been in my rental since the end of May 2021 and very shortly after moving in and paying a 12 month lease up-front the vinyl tiles started falling off the accent wall in the great room. I have been fighting with them to get them properly repaired, replaced or removed and it has yet to happen. Last I have heard the replacements are out of stock with no estimated in-stock date. I even told them I would remove them and repaint the wall because it is such an eye sore in my living room and they said if I did that it would violate my lease because it would not be in the condition it was received
