We worked with Jacob to view a property and he was phenomenal, however upon trying to contact Mike about the property we heard nothing back. When we finally did reach him he curtly responded that the property had already been rented. In the future it would be nice of you could actually inform people that they are wasting their time instead of just no response.

I can't begin to express how grateful I am to have found Mike D and Arizona Realty Specialists. After trying to manage my property on my own, from another state, while juggling a demanding job and my personal life, it's been such a relief to hand the reigns into Mike's capable hands. At first I was really excited that I found this real estate company, there are no bad reviews only good ones on Facebook. I called Mike to make an appointment for a showing and he said there was another party interested on the house but nothing was set so it was still available. We made the appointment for that same day to see the house at 3. I got to the house earlier than 3 and waited for him but HE NEVER SHOWED UP. I called him 10 mins after 3 to see where he was or what was going on but it went straight to voicemail. I don't appreciate the fact that he didn't even bother to call me to try and
