I don't understand the recent bad reviews. I came here for help, not nostalgia. I've been here twice. The first was a cleaning and exam. It was the most thorough I've ever been through. The second was for a root canal. The staff was quick and professional each time. The temporary crown I received was already so well done that I couldn't tell the difference from the original. Dr. Jung was extremely caring and patient. The only negative was the out of pocket costs that were a surprise at the end of the visit. But, it's still a small price to pay to know that your mouth is fixed correctly.

Make sure that you clarify your insurance plan with them. Otherwise you will get a large bill. Yes , they accept my insurance , but only partially. I was under the impression that the basics were covered according to the previous visit. Hundreds of dollars later I am found to be wrong. Also, it wouldn't hurt if the staff smiled . I felt uncomfortable and felt like they were in a hurry to get me out of the chair. Also, didn't like the fact that I was charged twice for a procedure. A chipped tooth was fixed, then broke off again not to mention the wrong color was applied to the tooth. I went to have

Prior to scheduling an appointment I contacted the office to find out more information about the new staff that took over Dr. Suher practice. The person at the front desk could not answer or even tried to answer basic questions about the practice ( like how long the doctor was practicing etc). That should’ve been a red flag.
I came in for a consultation at 8 am, the front desk person was not able to look up my insurance information, after 15 min of me contacting my insurance company and asking him to try the search again , they confirmed my insurance is active. I understand confusions happen

I was told one price in the office for a simple filling after they ran it through my insurance. Great, no problem, I paid it at the time of service and was on my way. Fast forward 7 months later and I get a bill for $100 out of the blue. I called and left a message and no one returned my call. A week later I get a notice from a collections company. I would choose one of the hundreds of other dentists in the area if I were you.

He was amazing until my insurance terminated and then wanted nothing to do with me when after 20 years of caps, etc. found that I could not afford his prices and was absolutely mean and hurtful! When I found another dentist, he was appalled by his substandard treatment. The staff was always more than nice but always seemed scared.

During my time at this dentist, I thought I was having a great experience. It was convenient because they were opened on Saturdays, which is what I needed and they were nice. They told me I had quite a few cavities, which shocked me but also didn’t. I had gotten some of them filled and then COVID hit and I didn’t go. About a year later, a family member of mine was studying dental hygiene and was cleaning my teeth for her school. I had her and 3 other dentists from her school look at my teeth. They found no cavities at all, even though my last visit here they told me I still had 5 or so to fill

I used to love this dentist! I moved to another city and they remained my dentist for several years afterwards that's how much I loved them. I happened to be in town for a wedding and a crown that they did years ago fell out. The person (Stacey) who answered the phone was rude, short and very unfriendly. I used to always get a family atmosphere feeling when dealing with them. Sad things have changed!

I was having extreme tooth pain and couldn’t get in to my regular dentist to be seen. I called around several places but there were no openings. I finally called Elite Dental and not only did they schedule me for the next day, but they called back later to say another appointment opened up that same day if I wanted it (unfortunately I couldn’t take that one). So I went to my best day appointment and Dr. Lee was fantastic! Figured out I needed a root canal. I had heart surgery so she took extra precautions and gave me amoxicillin before starting the procedure. The procedure was quick and easy

I was in the market for a new dentist when I was hit with excruciating tooth pain. I called Suher dental and the receptionist was incredibly understanding and interested in my pain. I don't know about you, but I usually make a decision on where I'll go based on the original call. Some offices with rude or uninterested receptionists are not the kinds of places I want drilling in my mouth.
