I recently relocated to Pittsburgh and have found it hard to find a good dentist in the past, so I was a little nervous! I'm so glad I chose to visit the team at Polished Dental Group. Everyone I interacted with was very kind. I met with Dr. Williams who was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining her recommended care plan. I was seen on time and the office was very clean and is also conveniently located near my home neighborhood.

I did extensive research before scheduling with Polished Dental Group and I couldn't be more pleased! My son has a lot of anxiety and they have been wonderful with him. I needed a lot of dental work and with the team there,Dr. McShane, Carol, Mary, Megan and the rest, it has been an extraordinary experience. Highly recommend this professional office ! I have always had a lot anxiety about going to the Dentist. I put off my dental care and it showed. From the first time I went to Polished Dental Dr. Goldberg, Dr. Troupe, and the entire staff have been incredibly helpful, kind, and understanding. I have had a far more positive experience with the Polished Dental Group than I ever thought I would have with a Dentist. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I am so pleased to have a dental provider such as Polished Dental. My family and I have been going to the Churchill office for years. After this last visit for a cleaning, Dr. McShane found a cavity and offered to fix it the same day. Imagine my surprise when I received a phone call from Dr. McShane to see how I was doing and if there were any issues. I switch to Polished Dental on a referral from a friend, and I am so happy with the service I've experienced over the last year! Dr Joey Troupe has a wonderful bedside manner and explains what he is doing thoroughly. It's a great experience for someone who had a fear of the dentist from previous dental trauma.
We set up a dental plan that fits my aesthetic and hygiene priorities. I was able to get in to see him two days after my first consultation to fix my root canal and two subpar fillings done at another dentist.

I have been with the Polished Dental team for 7 years. I recently broke veneers from a previous dentist and even though I now live several hours away, I made the trip back to PD. I have a lot of anxiety at dentists, so finding a place that is caring and competent is very important to me. The entire process of removing my veneers and setting the temporary veneers was a couple hours, but well worth it.
