My significant other got "smart" neck lipo from Dr. Bacon. He got incredible bruising and edema after. Dr. Bacon kept saying that the results would take 45 days, but other than some minor changes to the jaw on the face, the area seems to have gotten worse. It was a total waste of money. A little googling showed that there was supposed to be some neck thing that needs to be worn, but he was never given it.
