I absolutely LOVE going to Complexion. The office is beautiful, parking is easy in their adjacent lot, and Natalie and her entire team are always friendly, timely, and wonderful to be around. They take so much time with each you to make sure you fully know what to expect/ side effects/ cost of your services before the work is done.

Complexion is far and away the best Cosmetic Dermatology Boutique in Nashville. Beth and Natalie are true masters of their craft. They both value a youthful and rejuvenated aesthetic- their patients never look overdone. Additionally, Courtney is the most meticulous esthetician I've ever visited. I would give Complexion 10 stars if I could!

I had the most wonderful experience at Complexion! From the minute you walk in, you are greeted with a beautiful space and the sweetest receptionist. I went in for my first appointment with Natalie and she is the true definition of personable and professional! She made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and really took her time during our appointment. Everyone at Complexion is so friendly and kind! I see Beth and she is AMAZING!! She takes the time to listen to my concerns and makes recommendations without being pushy. I am using the routine she recommended and have seen a huge difference in my skin. I also had IPL done and Beth made the whole experience much more pleasant than it would have been otherwise (still painful, don’t get me wrong 🤣). Amazing place!! Beth was so helpful and honest about what my skin needed. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy expensive products or procedures like a lot of other places will do. She has also been so kind and helpful with any questions I have outside of my appointment times. I have lived in Nashville 6 years and tried many different places & this is by far the best. You can tell they truly care about their clients.
