Unable to book an appointment for my sick daughter on the same day to see Dr.Black at all!! Not once or twice, it is several times! My husband and I like Dr.Black and she was recommended by our friend, however she's always sooooo hard to book with and impossible to book an appointment for a sick child on the same day. Thus, we had to see another doctor in the office and my daughter was not treated correctly yesterday, the Dr. didn't give her a covid test because she doesn't have fever, but she clearly has bad cough and running nose that bothering her several days and nights. Then today we tried

EDIT: IT GETS WORSE
I called Thursday morning for a prescription refill for my son for his daily medication. Left a voicemail with the nurse at 8:04am. Never received a call back or a prescription notification from our pharmacy. Called again at 9am on Friday. Didn't receive a callback from the nurse until 2:15pm, only to tell me that my son's physician wasn't in the office today, but they "sent the message to her and hope she gets it." Huh?
I had to call back just before 5pm (had to leave another voicemail, of course, because no one ever answers the nurse line), still no prescription refill.

Some doctors are good and some are okay, usually get the problems taken care of. But front desk? They get negative 5 stars always so rude and mean, get a new job if you hate it that much. People are calling you stressed out with usually sick kids, being rude and giving no advice doesn't help. Its always call back at 7:30am to get help for a sick kid and even then you dont always get a spot which is fine, they're busy but being rude about it is SO not needed.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. My wife on09/08 called to ensure a 90 day supply of medicine for my son who has autism. On 09/11 she went to have it filled and the pharmacy said it was never sent. So she called the this office and a receptionist said that a message will be sent for a doctor to sign off on the rx for it to be filled. So on 09/12, she goes back to the pharmacy and they told her it was never sent. Around 10:00A.M. she calls this office and was told a message is being sent to a doctor. After two hours ,my wife calls this office and a receptionist on 09/12 around 12:30P

I have been going to this practice for 28 years, since my daughter was born. my last "baby" is now almost 17 and the changes over these last few years have me ready to change pediatricians for the year he has left before being able to go to our GP. It's that bad. Dr Pantages has been absolutely incredible, but the rest of the staff leaves a lot to be desired. Parents are treated very poorly. Their billing department is less than helpful. I was told I couldn't just pay out of pocket because I had insurance. And they NEVER return calls. I've called back three times today and still NO ANSWERS. I miss

I called Monday to schedule an appointment for a sinus infection and to discuss his ADHD meds for the school year. After being on hold for just under 36 minutes, I was told the doctors were not seeing patients. I asked to schedule an appointment for Tuesday and was told no, I needed to call back Tuesday. I called back Tuesday to schedule an appointment. His doctor was not in Tuesday and would be back wednesday. Okay let's schedule an appointment for Wednesday. I was told no, I needed to call back Wednesday. On top of that I was told that I need to schedule his ADHD meds appointment and his sick

I'm going to guess they are only booking appts for kids wanting to get vaccinated because my daughter had an urgent matter and they refuse to even schedule to see her. So I will have no choice but to bring her to the hospital. I am changing pediatricians STAT. This type of bed side manner is unacceptable

So frustrating. Takes 30 minutes or more to reach them. Hard to get appointments or cancel them. No way to email and online contact form doesn't work. My Portal log in keeps getting dropped because I don't use it often and then I have to start all over and wait hours to get a new log in. Might need to look for another practice as they want to charge because I can't get through to cancel appointments but its because they only have 1 way to contact them and takes forever. I have other things to do then wait on hold for ever hoping to reach your office.

I would’ve given 5 stars because the doctors here are amazing. The staff however need improvement. When a parent calls to get help they are expecting help from the nurses. Instead we got road block after road block. How is it we cannot schedule a sick day appt for Saturday on Friday? This is a huge inconvience and bad customer service. Management needs to let the nurses schedule sick day appts for Saturday. Period!
