I have known David Price for 23 years and he is without question, in my opinion, the best and most knowledgeable real estate professional in the entire St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Dunedin area of Pinellas County. I have been a developer for over 55 years having built over 2,000 homes and condominiums and David is the realtor who just sold my home in St. Petersburg for more than the asking price. For a realtor he is the most knowledgeable when it comes to all the many facets of the business such as staging a home and upgrading a home so it can be sold for top dollar. We worked with Brad Bess of the Price Group and he got us exactly what he said he would in selling our house. We had several bumps in the road due due a buyer backing out, appraisal issues, etc but Brad kept us calm, collected and informed throughout the whole process. We would use Brad again and recommend him.

She always was there to answer any questions we had, would go to any potential home and do a walk through for us if we couldn’t be there. She guided us through every step of the closing process. WoW! I can't express enough how amazing James Silver has been (and continues to be). I was in the process of buying while living in a different state. James was a great help when choosing my first home. At first, I wasn't in the market because honestly, I didn't know what the St. Pete market was. James was patient, taking me up every street explaining which are the best to live on & the most potential. We saw every house I had interest in. Patience is key. I was lucky enough to meet James Silver with Price Group at an open house 5 years ago. He helped me secure the purchase of my first home in a highly competitive market. This year he guided me in the sale of that same home for a huge profit while simultaneously buying a new home! He's got the coolest British accent which comes in handy when he creates promo videos of your home to sell it makes it feel like a real HGTV episode.
