I went into Big Country for a flat tire. I went in at the end of a workday and they seemed busy but still had my tire fixed within 30 minutes. Employees were super nice and hospitable as I waited. I've been to Big Country a handful of times and have always had a good experience with the service and the employees!

Quality folks! Todd is generally who I deal with for our dealership needs but everyone up there has been helpful and friendly. When they say they'll fix it they do and if there's any trouble they stand behind it. Best place to get the infamous death wobbles repaired without $100s wasted throwing parts at em. First time I dealt with a death wobble these guys were recommended to me after 3 shops had "fixed it". One stop and a few hours later no more death wobble-happy customer at a fair price. Picked up a screw in a front tire at 5 pm, the day before a thousand mile drive to mile drive to GA. Called to find out they'd help me if I could get it there before closing (5:30). They fixed the tire in short order. Great job. (I made the trip successfully.) Super friendly service. I'd highly recommend.
