I had the pleasure of working with Susana and her team for my daughter's wedding this weekend. They really listened to our needs and their suggestions were spot on. On the day of delivery they showed up on time with everything we ordered. The staff was great, setup everything where we wanted it and pick up was just as seamless. Their prices are very competitive but the quality of their products is top notch. I highly recommend American Rent All.

All I can say is I'm super grateful to have found this professional party rental establishment so close to my home. The owner James is extremely patient, informative and helpful! He was able to guide me to find exactly what I needed for my event. Lexi is also incredible and went out of her way to show me the variety of linens they offer and guided me to select the perfect chairs. Their prices are also extremely fair. We used American Rent All for our wedding on September 1st. After having so many bad experiences with other rental companies and being priced gouged, it was a relief to find American Rent All and deal with such a professional team. If you don’t want to be misled or taken advantage of with delivery fees or minimum orders by party rental places in San Fernando Valley, you must rent from this place. Plus wonderful customer service!

1 star - they have dirty tables they roll them on the floor when they bring them to you and take them back. We rented once and it was the worst! Also the pictures on the yelp aren't from their supply chain it's just "examples". Rude truck staff enjoys double parking as they un-load in a active lane of traffic where "no stopping signs" are posted everywhere. We told him not too when they catered for us and he started clapping as if it was a joke. Go with another company these people don't even have their own trucks they rent it so you know they have to make money

So good! Had the Castro frittata and it was super flavorful and filling. Also tried the avocado toast 3 ways -- bacon was super crispy, perfect with the avocado and sourdough toast. Overall would highly recommend! I would also try Joanie's two doors down if either place gets busy.

Delivery is expensive. If you call or email and get Susan, hang up or don't respond. You won't get good service. You won't get help. She won't even respond if you email her. But...If you get Lexi, you might not get your order correct, she's not knowledgeable and you'll end up paying a lot more as a result of her mistakes, but at least you will get kind of decent service. At least, I got what I needed, but I will be looking elsewhere for our party rentals in the future. In this day and age... when are owners going to realize service, is EVERYTHING!

I had a small event and wasn't sure exactly what I needed. James walked me through everything and it worked put great.

The delivery of the items was prompt. They said between 10:00 am and noon and were there right at 10:00. The delivery guys were really nice and quick setting everything up

NEVER rent from this place! I never write bad reviews because we all make mistakes but this time I do because the service I received was embarrassing!
I called and spoke with Suzanna and asked for 50 chairs. She never told me about the quality of the chairs. When they delivered them, they were so old, rusty, bad, ugly, dirty and nasty that even the guys who delivered them were ashamed of them and apologized. I'm a wedding and event caterer doing 30-40 large and small events a year. We have tons of rental companies at our disposal. And we have worked with lots of different one(often the wedding planner chooses and I have no choice) But American Rent Alll AKA Party Rentals Pro in Tarzana is my favorite, and is usually the least expensive, has great customer service and lower delivery fees and wci. than any where else!. The delivery fees can often seem high to the non professional- ... but I promise you... get a quote from somewhere else, anywhere else and you'll see how much better American

I calles this place 2 days before my party, prices were ok but delivery is pricey given thw fact I was less than a mile away from them.
When my husband picked up the chairs and came home i realized they gave him the wrong chairs and once i calles them no questions asked she sent the right chairs with a driver and took the wrong ones back. Not the cleanest white chairs but overall it was easy and good. Will use them again for sure

I just want to say thank you Susana and your staff for your service. I called on March 7, 2017 for tables, chairs, chafing dishes, utensils, and table cloths and was able to receive service for March 10.

Susana was so nice and emailed me a quote the same day. I agreed and proceeded with their service. The day of my event the staff came and set up everything. Very professional. All items were clean and well-maintained. I was very pleased. The same staff that delivered came and picked up that next morning.

James addressed the issue with his staff member who didn't notify me of the delivery fee, addressed their company policy of informing customers of all charges and then offered to refund me the delivery fee amount. Thank you James...again, I really appreciate it :)

This company seriously came through for my wedding! My wife and I rented plates, water glasses, wine glasses, and silverware from American Rent All and we were so impressed with their professional demeanor, quality, and affordable pricing. What made this experience so meaningful was what happened after our wedding. We were married on a Saturday and during the cleanup on Sunday, my wife said she thought they might be open. I rented some party equipments for last weekend. The ordering the items Were very easy. The prices are very affordable.
Everything was delivered right on time and nothing was missing and or mistaken.
They also came exactly on time and picked up everything.
I didn't notice any dirty chairs or tables. Very happy and will rent from them again !

These guys rent Budget Rental Trucks...they guy in charge of the truck rentals is very rude and has a bad attitude.

I was running a few minutes late and called in to let them know that I was literally 2 minutes away.

Without taking a breath, the truck rental guy raised his voice at me at commenced to telling me off for being late...and then told me that it is my fault and that even if I show up and he is there...he is not going to rent me a truck until he gets back lunch.

I told him that I would wait for him to finish eating...he told me that it's going to take 1.5 hours for him to eat

My mother rented approximately 40 to 50 white chairs for my father's memorial. She asked for the least expensive because it was an outdoor event. She did not expect anything fancy, but she did think the chairs would at least be clean. They were FILTHY. So on the day that we were grieving my father's passing, my brother and nephew had to hand wash every single chair before the mourners arrived -- a huge task on a day when we were all extremely sad.
