My wife and I just returned from Bend, OR where we worked "hand in glove" with the very professional Shelley Griffin of Harcourt, The Garner Group. We had been communicating with Shelley for several weeks prior to our visit to Bend. We arrived Thursday afternoon and met with her "face to face" for the first time over a cup of coffee Friday morning. This is a highly unethical real estate group. I own lots of properties and I am a landlord and a tenant. I have been a landlord since 1981. I would never use this organization to buy sell or rent list or do business with them in anyway shape or fashion. They are uncommunicative they lack Ethics and don't do business in good faith.
I rented a property on December 8 signing a lease that was fully executed and legally ratified and gave the owner a security deposit. Over the past two months we coordinated my move with the owner making sure the utilities were in my name and making arrangements

This has to be the worst company I've ever encountered. I actually signed a rental lease with a woman, paid the deposit, and two months later (2 days before we were supposed to move in) she informs me she sold it using this group. She sold the house with an agent from this group, and they did nothing to stop it. This is illegal and I'm currently about to sue them and the woman they're in cahoots with. Tried calling to explain how I have nowhere to live because they illegally sold this house, but they don't care and told me to stop calling. I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
