I have been with Bryanne Shaw through Amourgis and associates for 2 years they have refused to help me get the medical care I need. So I chose to stop treatment and collect my settlement back in January it is now August no settlement and my back still hurts!! Had a friend use this law firm. Throughout the process they lost or mislabeled multiple documents they were sent, didn't keep their client updated about anything, and forget trying to actually speak to anyone within a 24 to 48 hour time period! What a joke this place is! They take your money and run. One of the paralegals flat out told my friend that their case load was too large and the firm didn't have enough people to handle the volume! Here's a thought, STOP TAKING ON NEW CLIENTS TILL YOU GET CAUGHT UP!

The communication is awful. You should call back when you say you are. You make clients feel like you are only about the fees you collect from us with no service in return. Do what you are supposed to do for the clients who are making you rich while you are worsening our financial situation rather than improving it.

Please, if you are reading this, go ANYWHERE but here. This firm and their attorneys are shameful and frankly, clueless. My friend sought their services beginning in July 2019 and after 7 MONTHS and a serious lack of communication, they finally informed him (February 2020) that the largest debt in his bankruptcy case was a non-dischargeable offense and there was a "50/50" chance the creditor in question would file an "adversary proceeding." This, in turn, would require litigation by the firm, which would result in an additional fee of $5,000

I do not recommend this firm. They will lie, cheat, steal- and then forget that you exist after they have your money. They are the absolute worst. We are currently in a Chapter 13- which is difficult enough. They suckered us into it from the get-go- the original lawyer we had blatantly lied to us about what a great deal we'd be getting with our payments and our monthly payments are four times what we were initially told. They have changed lawyers on us 4 or 5 times in the last two years. There is absolutely NO COMMUNICATION or response and I have sent so many emails and messages trying
