Judge Laurie Selber Silverstein of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Del has indicated that Thomas Bevan and his law firm are not trustworthy:
“In order for master ballots to work, great trust is placed in the plaintiffs’ bar,” she said. “With respect to Bevan & Associates, the evidence shows that such trust was not well-placed.”
She also indicated that Mr. Bevan’s firm did “zero diligence”...
Thomas Bevan's poor actions just destroyed a compensation plan for thousands of people. Please avoid this firm at all costs.

Don't trust them at all. They opened an estate on one of my friend's parents claiming they tried to locate next of kin and told the court there was no next to kin. WRONG!!! My friend stay in his parent's house they never tried to contact him or mail him anything. That's ok because I am going to help him to remove these crooks from the estate and have him named as the fiduciary.

I do recommend Beavan and Associates LLC for all your injury related needs. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone in need of representation. Carrie Martinez is outstanding, if she isn't available she always returns your calls and she will makes sure any questions you have get an answer. I have used Bevan & Associates offices on several occasions from divorce to drawing up Wills. The attorneys were always on top of my requests and well prepared for any hearings that were scheduled.
