Durham Pump Inc. is an agricultural irrigation contracting company in the Northern Sacramento Valley of California. It was established in 1952 by Joe Richter. Mr. Richter was a pioneer in developing the use of sprinklers for frost protection in almond orchards, replacing "Smudge Pots" (Diesel fuel burning orchard heaters).

We had them do the well inspection on a home we where purchasing. We asked for a complete inspection what we got back said well was in good condition, less than two months later we started having trouble the pipes were completed rusted out and the pump fell in to the well, long story short we had to have a new well dug for a cost of over $50,000. and they will not even return my husbands phone call, we contacted a lawyer and are now filling for with the court system. DO NOT use them
