Had concerns about my pumps condition and water levels in the well. Precision Pump returned my call the next day. We made the appointment ams they were right on time. Professional, courteous, and knew what they were doing. I selected Precision Pump because they helped a neighbor in dire need. Was a great decision!

Contracted this company to rebuild my well pump after wildfire. The crew that arrived were extremely unprofessional, and tried to leave the job unfinished. A very short time after, a connection failed and the pump started leaking. Called the office and they said they would come out to look at it and that it would most likely be warranty work. The guy came before the agreed upon time, when we weren't home, and fixed the problem without contacting us at all. No surprise that they decided the work wasn't covered under the warranty. They never called or made any attempt to inform us of the cost of

I live in Cherokee, and it is not always easy to get help up here. But, these guys are professional. They come when they say they will, they don't jam you on the price. A while back, I had called John to confirm an appointment I had for that afternoon. He said he would have to cancel. Naturally I started whining about not having water for a couple of days. He explained to me that he was having to evacuate due to one of the fires. I felt like an idiot, wished him well, and hung up. 45 minutes later, his guys pulled up.

Excellent company. Thank god we called them. My well pump was not keeping pressure and I thought I was going to need to buy a new pump. They were very prompt and came to my home the same day I called. Mikah and John were very professional and knowledgeable about wells. They were able to troubleshoot the pressure problem and electrical. They didn't charge for there travel time and the saved me a lot of money. My old well pump works even better than before and it was less than $200. They were very honest and I would definitely recommend them. Thanks Precision Pump. They are GOOD GUYS

I installed a new pressure tank and pressure switch today. When I tried to wire up my new pressure switch I was having great difficulty and it was getting late in the day about 6 p.m.. I called John at Precision pump and he sent out a guy within 20 minutes that got my pump up and running right away. These folks know what they're doing and are very responsive.

John made sure with several trips out to make sure our new pump worked to the best of it's ability considering the limited availability of water on this property considering the bad Juju here.Even going so far as to purchase water to fill our storage tank to give us a good head start, and guaranteeing the pump for 5 years. So much better service than Earls!

John at precision pump went above and beyond when installing my well pump. Him and his crew were professional and expedient. I had a solar pump installed on a deep well and he installed the solar on mounts that he fabricated himself. He only uses the best parts and pumps. The price is very competitive for anything comparable. It looks very clean. I am very satisfied with and would highly recommend Precision Pump. He even followed up a month after installation to make sure everything was working as intended.

I have worked with precision pump for over 6 years now. They are outstanding. I maintain properties for a living all over northern california and I can attest to their honest and hard work. Over the last 6 years they have drilled over 7 wells for us, installed 3 storage tanks and fought countless battles with the county on our behalf (the county always makes things difficult). I highly recommend Precision Pump and in fact they are the only well company we use for inspections.

Prescision Pump two years ago put in a water storage unit for us. They did many things wrong and not up to code. Thankfully I hired another company that fixed it before I allowed Precision Pump to talk me into drilling another well when the one i had was still okay. These people do not know what they are doing and use the cheapest of materials

As a Realtor and a home owner I only recommend Precision Pump. John and Deborah Riley are the best when it comes to well and pumps. They have saved my but countless times, and are truly the nicest people. Before you try another company give them a call. I assure you will not be disappointed. I came home yesterday to no water... With in hours on a Sunday!! john and crew came and fixed the problem. And it didn't break the bank either so I confidently give them !!

We are in the process of selling our house in Chico that has a deep well (over 500 ft). Precision Pump came out to do the inspection and test our pump. When the tech got there our storage tank was full so he had to remove the float to get the pump to turn. It ran for about 4 minutes and that shut off which the pump is designed to do so it will not burn out. The tech informed the buyers we were out of water. I contacted the owner, John to explain how our pump worked and first he claimed he was the person who did the inspection. I explained to him that our pump was on timer and it was designed

These people do not contact you at all. You can not get a hold of them. Do not use their contact form on their website. They take forever to respond. They do not know how to contact their customers within a few days. Also, the company phone number is routed to their cell phones and somehow they do not have good service all the time so they just tell you to call them back. It has been a month and I have not receive any answers from the guy. I would not recommend them. The way they work is not ideal.

They installed a 5000 storage unit in an area known for water issues. They opened our well full boar and filled the unit.We started having water issues.After numerous attempts to come fix they said our well was dry..sorry charlie..nothing they could do. They refereed Tim Bessinger who confirmed we needed a $40,000 new well drilled. THANK GOD i contacted a well person in the area and found out we DID NOT need a new well and that all the repairs Precision made to fix the problem and their original install was wrong and had numerous code violations. Its bad enough that their work was incompetent

This wasn't the first well repair company we called, but it will be next time! This company is FANTASTIC!!!! They analyzed our well situation and came up with a solution that was great. They offered us a payment plan. They were professional, quick, and very capable. I highly recommend this company over ANY other well companies. I wish we would have called them first!
