Look-it-here, Dr.E is the most efficient and thorough dentist I've ever had. He is very focused and gets straight to the point. He's the only dentist I've seen working there. He goes from room to room hooking people up and pays attention to their needs. I have high anxiety of the dentist due to one past experience, but he listened to my worries. Even when I told him that I may be getting used to the numbing medicine, he spoke to me days before the appointment so we can find an effective way to numb the work area. I appreciate that so much!!! He filled all of my cavities!!!!!

I had a nice experience here. My appointment was at 11 on a Friday. The receptionists were talking amongst themselves, but I’m not the type of person to get riled up about not getting a warm greeting. My appointment started 45 minutes later, only because I had to fill out forms — my medical history is extensive.
I had Jamie for a hygienist, and the great reviews that mention her are all true!
The doctor is extremely busy, having an entire practice-worth of patients to see and attend to makes his time precious. He still answered all of my questions.

I gave them 5 stars at first but I'm taking it back because now I am in more pain then what I started with. The first time I went was great no long wait and the work done was great. The 2nd second which I can add I will not be going back they doing my teeth with a filling and they are both just talking. The assistant ain't even suctioning the water out my mouth and I started choking. PLEASE STOP SIDE CONVERSATIONS WHILE WORKING ON SOMEONE MOUTH.

Been coming here for years and its a nice place. The receptionist attitudes at times could use some work but for the most part they are professional. I get what I need to get done and then Im gone. The dental hygienist are really kind and nice and so its something to look forward to. The main dentist is nice and he gets things done and gets you out the door.

Horrible customer service! Everyone is too busy to do anything even schedule appointments. The receptionist is always away or busy, they place you on hold without asking and never return. If you leave messages they go unanswered!!! I’ve been calling for 3 days trying to make an appointment… each time they answer and say please hold then just place you on hold without you being able to say anything. The third day I interjected to say I’ve been calling for three days to schedule an appointment and been placed on hold for 10 mins each call and she interrupted to say “the receptionist should

Very horrible service! Had to cancel 3 times because each time they were backup or taking too long. I was waiting over a hour after my appointment to even get called. Very inconsiderate if someone has bad tooth pain you shouldn’t be waiting that long for a scheduled appointment. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Had to wait over an hour in the sitting room and waited another hour in the chair before anything happened. This was my first time at this dentist and they did not take x-rays until I asked them to. I had a broken filling and the dentist did not recognize I needed work until I asked him about it. Extremely dissatisfied and would never go back. To bat I asked for a quote for the work needed and no one called me back. Terrible!
