I absolutely LOVE the Carter Clinic... I've been coming here for almost 2 decades. I've followed them from location to location and I don't know how I would have survived my CRAZY life without them. They are totally and completely dedicated to the mental health and well being of their patients. I can truly say that from my own experience. Their staff is pretty awesome too. They all know me by name and I feel so happy when I see them!!!

This office is a no-go. First time appointment and was never informed of their “new patient policy” to arrive 30 - minutes early. So we arrive, like normal folks, a few minutes early and are turned away by the doctor’s staff. What’s even more unfortunate is upon our arrival there was an existing patient who explained how bad the services were (this was a major red flag), she said, and I quote, “They get everything messed up, they gave me the wrong address, booked my appointment on the wrong days..”

Initially I loved it, but since my insurance is not accepted I've been paying $100 out of pocket. You think they would offer a scale payment, but they don't. In the past I've been able to make payments when I didn't have the full amount. Today is one of those times. I offered to pay $60 today and $40 next week and I was told they would only accept full payment. As a result of this I've been denied services, which means no medication for my bipolar disorder, or ADHD. I'm uncertain at what point money became their central concern, but it's DEFINITELY NOT mental health! I will miss Daria. She is the

I am not happy with Management and some of my treatment team. There are several I can count on to get the job done. I am so tired of my name, account information, and appointments getting mixed up with others who share my name. I specifically give my middle name. Too many people answer the phone or set up appointments but cannot confirm because someone dropped the ball. They are quick to get money before your appointment or you won't get your medicine. I had to go off about that. I am okay with my provider but I don't feel personed centered because I feel decisions are made and my input does not

Absolutely horrible, do not come here, everytime i come here, it takes over an hour for me to be called into the back and actually be at the appt, its always packed, and people cant control their kids in there, this place should be your last option as a clinic, you will be very disappointed with this place
