Find another Doctor. I had an appointment with him last week and it felt like they cared more about money than they did me. Lately I feel like Dr. Monis and his group is all about money. It didn't used to be like that but now it seems like everything they do they're just trying to make a quick buck. There is no communication within staff and Doctor. Find a doctor that cares about you and not about money. He used to be a good doctor, but I don't think that's true about him anymore. Also goodluck waiting in the patient room for about an hour or hour and half before being seen. Then the doctor may

When I first started seeing Dr. Monis I was impressed by his knowledge, his compassion, and his willingness to actually listen to me. I feel the same way, nearly three years later. My only criticism of the practice has to do with a few of the Babcock location staff members,who often seemed indifferent to me and any issues I might have. I started driving 30 miles each way to visit Dr. Monis at the New Braunfels location, just to avoid having interactions with the Babcock staff--even though that location is 10 minutes from my home.
