Randy Scott, D.O. is a board certified family medicine practitioner for Family Wellness Center. Prior to joining Family Wellness Center's Green Cove Springs location, Dr. Scott was a provider at Family Medical Centers.

He received his board certification in family medicine from the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and his doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Scott served his family medicine residency at Larkin Community Hospital/Nova Southeastern and University Miami from 2010-2012.

I went on Friday and felt like death. I hate going to Drs for colds but this went to my lungs. The staff was so compassionate and effective. Next time I will not wait before making an appointment because everyone was so nice.

My first time coming here. What a great first experience. The staff is very friendly and so are the doctors. The nice lady named Tasha at the front desk was very nice. I am definitely pleased with my visit. I’m looking forward to continuing visiting with Family Wellness Center. In my experience overall was great. 😊😊.

They don't take my insurance but the woman that answer the phone was so nice and so helpful that I wish they did take it.

I have been going to Dr. Scott since he came to Green Cove Springs. He not only cares about the health of a person, but also the person. I like the fact that he "tells it like it is" and doesn't sugar coat anything. His staff is great--they are professional yet friendly. Any question or problem I have had, they have been able to answer or take care of. I definitely would recommend this office to anyone!

Best Dr. and great staff! Dr. Scott has helped me get my diabetes under control. I love how he will let you talk about anything concerns I have. He listened and then will provide answers and recommendations.

If you are looking for a new family doctor definitely check this place out. Dr. Lebeda takes his time to listen and does not rush you out the door.
