Pioneer Home Health Care
Home is a warm, welcoming, comfortable place to be. While some tasks may become more difficult as a person ages, the desire for home never goes away. The Pioneer Home Health Care team is devoted to providing care for frail, elderly, ill or convalescing family members in their home with compassion and understanding, as well as skill and efficiency.

The Pioneer Home Health Care mission is to bring exceptional health care into the home with innovation and compassion to enhance the quality of life. With a full spectrum of services, including Home Health Care, Hospice, Personal Care and Senior Care Management, Pioneer Home Health Care is a complete resource for your family.
Services
Established in 1990, Pioneer Home Health Care is a community-based, not for profit 501(c)(3) organization, dedicated to providing professional services in the home. We believe that allowing patients to remain at home speeds recovery time and helps to maintain independence and dignity, as well as improving the overall quality of life.
Pioneer Home Health Care offers a wide variety of services designed to provide necessary care in the home environment. Our services are offered from June Lake in Mono County to Lone Pine in Inyo County and are available seven (7) days per week including holidays, in most locations. Through both hands-on care and education, we empower our patients to be more independent and embrace healthier lifestyles.
When someone you love has an advanced life-limiting illness our Hospice team is there to offer options that maximize comfort and maintain dignity. Hospice treats the person instead of the disease; focuses on the whole family instead of just the individual; and emphasizes quality of life instead of its duration.
The Personal Care Program at Pioneer Home Health Care provides hourly attendant services designed to help maintain independence in the home setting. Often, a little extra assistance with day-to-day homemaking tasks is all that's needed to remain safe at home. Preparing meals and shopping, as well as running errands, can be daunting to a frail, elderly person living alone.
Coordination is difficult. If you are caring for elderly parents at a distance, you are not alone. Today, nearly seven million Americans are long-distance caregivers to aging parents and other loved ones. While this is admirable, the increasing complexity of health and financial issues facing today's elderly can become overwhelming.
