Had a client schedule an insulation project with them months in advance, they never showed up, and phone calls aren't returned (they never answer the phone). Their failure is holding up the entire project costing everyone else scheduled to work on the project to wait, loose income, and disappoint the client. A month so far and no word. We'll have to find another outfit and hope they can do it soon. Bugbee is very unprofessional, irresponsible, and I won't work with them again. Done. I advise looking elsewhere.

We use Bugbee for all our insulation services. I can understand why the first review would be upset. I feel like it might be because we keep them so busy over the years, But communications can be difficult with texting or email when your a small company. Also finding reliable help is another issue that all the subs we use have had for the last 5+ years. No one wants to work in the trades anymore, and the good ones that do are becoming fewer and fewer.
Just wanted to review to show that now every experience can be a 5 star, but we keep working with Bugbee because they give us great service.
