Insulation Specialty, Inc. (ISI) was founded in 1985 by Ralph and Concetta Madison of Bakersfield, Vermont. Prior to the founding of ISI, Mr. Madison worked for Acousta-Therm and Johns Manville. The Madisons identified a strong need in the area for high-quality products and services related to the insulating of heating, ventilating, air conditioning (HVAC), and plumbing systems in commercial and industrial buildings.
Hard work and dedication produced tremendous success. With the passing of both Ralph H. Madison and Concetta J. Madison, their children, Tori Tabor, Ralph Madison, and Bill Madison, have taken over the reigns and are continuing to do business as they were taught by their parents. Today, ISI services are constantly in demand by the largest industry and state and federal government contractors in the area.
