In 1989, the MARC transportation system was in the planning stages of acquiring the property we were renting in Seabrook, Maryland for the new MARC Train station. Commercial rental property was extremely hard to find and New Carrollton Road Service, Inc. had found a new location on the third floor of an office building in Berwyn Heights, Maryland.

Got stranded with my Tesla. I locked it and went home. Once Chuckie #53 arrived, he took great care of my car. He towed it to the repair shop without any issues, kept me appraised of everything he was doing, and he made sure the vehicle and key were left at a secured location for the repair shop to get. Thanks!!

My wife got a flat tire, and had to get the car towed. We spoke to Past & Present, and they were not only super courteous, they also went out of their way to get her car towed to the dealership. They were professional, super friendly, and expedient. They loaded her car onto a flatbed, delivered it to the dealership, and took pictures of the car, key, and drop off box to provide visual confirmation that the car was delivered. And we also found out that they are an authorized service partner for Tesla. Highly recommend!

My vehicle had to be towed to the dealer for tire service. I contacted my road side assistance and with in 20 minutes I revived a call from Antonio from Past and Present Towing to give me an ETA. Antonio arrived at the exact time he said he would. He was very professional and polite. He promptly loaded my car and offered to text me a picture once he deliver it to the dealership and he kept his word. I really appreciate his professionalism and the service he provided. He made the experience painless. I will definitely use his service in the future.

I had called 6 different towing companies because they had 24/7 service and unfortunately non of them could help . I called Past and Present and they met my needs within 45 min. I cannot thank Antonio enough! I was in a real bind with my Tesla needing to be towed and charged due to all of the chargers being out at one location. Antonio was awesome with constant contact and timeliness; he towed the car while allowing me to go back to work (to finish an extremely important training). Tesla has been a bit difficult to work with at times but I was incredibly relieved when I was handed off to Past and Present Towing :) They were very understanding and worked with me while I was in a bit of a panic. PREDATORY TOWING: BEWARE!!!!
After a long shift at work my car started to act up. I pulled over to the side of the road and had my insurance company call for a tow truck. I called at midnight. My car was towed and delivered to my house at 2:30 in the morning. I walked out, thanked the driver, and asked if we were all good. My insurance only covers a specific amount of miles and I suspected I was a few miles over my limit and had to pay the difference. I had my debit card in my hand and asked the driver if he needed me to sign anything/ pay. He told me he only needed to take pictures of the vehicle

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would! Amanda who handles the phone is disturbingly rude and should work as a Correctional Officer with her NASTY, rude attitude. She called me THE CUSTOMER to check on my cancellation request only to be rude and hang up on me twice. I could not get a word in from her rudely speaking over me. Terrible way to handle a customer, a woman at that, in distress, alone in the dark of the night in my vehicle. I will be reporting this "business" to Erie and will spread the word on social media to use LENNY'S TOWING instead! Get some training

My Monday morning wasn't going well. It was pouring and I had a flat !! Luckily, I was able to pull into a parking lot. Bad went to good .... Donnie, from the tow company was awesome. Being an handicap older woman getting good service I have found is not always easy. The truck came on time and was very good at loading my car on the bed. The young man "Jimmy" was helpful and very polite. He rode me to the dealership where I was sending the car. I noticed how clean the truck was it was empressive. Jimmy made very nice conversation and wished me well. I was so embarrassed I had no money to tip him. He politely said that's okay. I asked him for a card so I could send him a tip. I told my family how nice this young man was. My daughter reminded me of YELP and here

My experience yesterday was very disappointing. Around 1630 est I hit a large pothole on I495. This popped and began to flatten my tire. Since I didn't not feel safe waiting on the side of the highway I slowly drove off of an exit and found a bank to park at. I was too scared to attempt to drive to the closest bmw dealership so I called USAA and was sent to an automated line. Then I was sent a link to fill out my info. After I spoke with a rep I was sent a text saying that the "Past & Present Towing" company would arrive in 120 min. At this point if was 1730. I was worried about

Responded for a quote estimate within 10 minutes. Customer service was patient and helpful. I was having the car towed from a shop that we became very concerned with so we had to pay out of pocket as our insurance paid for the original tow. $200 for a 23 mile tow. Was hoping to keep it closer to $150 but other than the cost the service was good.

I was assigned P&P Towing by Mercedes roadside assistance after I got a flat tire and couldn't drive on the run-flat tire. I was in Cheverly, MD and waited about 30 minutes which was fairly quick in my opinion as this was during the beginning of rush hour traffic. The driver, Charlie, was very friendly and courteous. He even walked me into the service department at the dealership to make sure someone helped me asap and suggested the quickest route to get home once I had my courtesy vehicle. While I hope I do not get another flat tire, if I do, I hope to be helped by a tow service as professional

I used their services twice this weekend. Their dispatchers were very professional and kind every time I called and they made everything go smoothly with transporting my car since they kept detailed information so I didn't have to keep explaining to each dispatcher what I needed. Both drivers arrived quickly (within 30 min, if not sooner), gave me courtesy calls to let me know where they were, and were helpful. Not to mention their estimates for the jobs were pretty accurate so no surprise costs. I would definitely use their services again if needed in the future.

Past and Present Towing towed my vehicle for blocking a driveway. It was dark and in a neighborhood where not all of the houses have driveways, so it was my fault, but an honest mistake. When I called to inquire about my car the gentleman on the phone informed me that I would have to wait until the next day to retrieve my vehicle because they closed at noon. Records show that the car was towed at 11:55am, so when I inquired about that the gentleman on the other side of the phone thought it appropriate to laugh and say "Well I guess you shouldn't have been blocking that driveway."

My third time using this company...within a week. I'm pretty sure they think of me as family. Chris wasn't available so I got Donnie to tow my E38 740i to it's hopefully final destination to have work done. Donnie is a cool guy. Knew damn alot about cars. I almost asked him to adopt me. Anyway, as usual, Past and Present Towing came through like a champ. You could tell that Donnie knew what he was doing. I'm just talking about towing but quite the pro on the road as well. Got to gaithersburg with no problems from my house in NW. He even made sure I knew how to make my way

The truck arrived in less than thirty minutes from my call to AAA. George B., the driver had called and gave me his estimated arrival time. When he arrived he was very pleasant and professional, the car was strapped down and away they went. When I reached the shop in Elkridge, MD, the car was being unloaded.
I hope if I ever need a tow again, AAA will send Past & Present.

My first time using this towing company since my car broke down. They are very Unprofessional, rude, unreliable the driver treated me like i will NOT going pay them. The Operator made a mistake by putting down the wrong address and still acted like its my mistake. I would not recommend this towing company and I will not use it again.
