I used AlleyCat through Teslas roadside assistance. Normally, towers are not so gentle with your vehicle but these guys were. They made sure not to scrape the car as it was loaded onto the flat bed either. Additionally, they seem to hold a great deal of knowledge on towing teslas specifically ( i.e front tow hitch, key card, and ensuring sentry mode is disabled ).

The people here were AMAZING!!! The dispatcher who was on duty when I called was SO helpful!!! He got my son's carseat for me (after hours) so that I was able to come back during business hours to get the remaining belongings from my vehicle!

While I appreciate them towing me I feel it's a racket because it wasn't clear who was paying and they guy told me after I asked if he could tow someplace else he told me it's covered based on them towing to their location. Went to get car and was hit with a huge bill to include storage fee after 13 hours (what I was told) then told after 18 hours. What happened to 24 hours a day. Recommend consumers know clearly what the rules are. Racket/Con game in my opinion; guy was so quick to take vehicle that he couldn't explain. Apparently trying to beat out other tow trucks that showed up.

My fifth wheel RV was disabled on the Beltway with a broken spring which jammed the wheel against the frame causing a tire fire and making it immobile. No other towing company would touch the difficulty and uncertainty of this situation. AlleyCat sent John out, and the man knew what he was doing! Using every tool available, he was somehow able to get the bad wheel off and hobble the trailer on its remaining three with his truck to a repair shop for me. The RV was then repaired, and I was back on the road the next day.
