Rockdale Gymnastics is a full sized gymnastics facility that provides gymnasts and up-coming class kids instruction on all main gymnastics apparatuses. We also train students on various types of trampolines which include double mini-trampoline, in-ground trampolines, tumble strip and a 30-foot-in-ground tumble trak to help facilitate progression and practice in skills.
The gym also has many skill mats and crash pits (soft-landing mats) to ensure better safety to our student's learning environment. The gym also provide activities for kids that want to come by and just play around for birthday parties, parents night out, and summer camp. Kids can enjoy climbing our 20-foot rock wall, zip-lining, and flying on the bungee swing.

Services
It includes an hour one hour of gymnastics fun and half-an-hour in the party room. Kids will be able to play on Gym-bee bounces, play on trampolines and more (including Rock climbing, Zip-lining and bungee swinging). We provide invitations @ no additional cost. On the invite includes directions to the facility and waiver which MUST BE SIGNED BY EACH CHILD'S PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN.

If i could give zero stars I would. My daughter had a performance today and everything was going so smoothly until it came time for the actual performance. First, the announcer failed to call my daughter onto the floor and when I went to go check if her name was on the list (that was sat right on the table in front of the announcer) I was able to spot my daughter's name right away. Then when it came time to call for the awards she mispronounced my daughter's name despite me telling her how to pronounce it before hand. My daughter is truly upset as her name is not hard to pronounce at all yet the

Joe is the best coach anyone could ever ask for. He always motivated me and I did everything I could ever dream of in tumbling. Because of Joe I was able to transition easily to hard floor and I haven’t had any injury thanks to him. Every cheerleader I know would go to cheer gyms for tumbling but I always went to him. I have no injuries. First girl standing full at Valdosta state university and champion :) love you Joe
