Rhythmic gymnastics combines ballet and creative movements to music, while working with ribbons, balls, hoops, ropes and clubs in a choreographed dance-and-tumble routine. It has a lot more dance than artistic (regular) gymnastics. Everything is done on the floor. We are maintaining small class sizes, increasing our cleaning and social distancing during classes.

Our goal is to provide your child with a fun, safe, and rewarding experience. We at Ultimate Gymnastics believe that we are not only teaching gymnastics but also changing lives. Each week we will strive to enhance each child's self esteem and promote good work ethic. During each class it is our ambition to help your child gain strength and flexibility, set personal goals, make friends and most importantly HAVE FUN!
Our preschool program at Ultimate Gymnastics prides itself by teaching real gymnastics in a fun and safe environment. We incorporate actual gymnastics skills into all of our weekly lesson plans. Students will develop basic tumbling skills, bar, vault, and balance beam skills. They will also learn to listen and follow directions.
Ultimate Gymnastics' mission is to promote self-esteem and create self-confidence in children through the discipline of gymnastics. Our goal is to provide our gymnasts with an experience that will serve as a positive model to be followed as they meet challenging obstacles throughout life. We will not sacrifice a child's self worth in order to reach competitive goals.
Grips are NOT for everyone! If your child has been given permission to try grips, here are the 4 necessary links for ordering. Please remember, grips are not for everyone. Gymnasts will try using grips. There is a 2-4 week adjustment period for grips. It takes time to get used to them and typically gymnasts have to RELEARN all of their skills once they have the grips on.

My daughter and I absolutely love this gym. She wanted to try cheer for a year but now that the season is over she decided she wanted to go back to gymnastics. We moved to the Stone Mountain area and have had no luck finding anywhere that compares to Ultimate! The coaches are fantastic with the girls. The ratio of girls to coach is the appropriate size to have individual attention within the group setting. We will be reenrolling for the summer despite the distance. Arianna has asked to come back specifically to this gym.

We joined the Ultimate family earlier this year. After 4 years of gymnastics at another local gym, we were ready for a change and my 6 year old was ready for a challenge. The coaches here are kind and require the best from every gymnast. My daughter has been pushed and has learned more skills in the last 6 months than she did in all her previous years combined!!

We've been at Ultimate for over four years. The coaching is A+ but my daughter has gained so much more than cartwheels and handstands. She has gained a strong work ethic, self-confidence, has gained friends for life, and has had so much FUN! In addition to wonderful coaches, Ms. Pam keeps things running smoothly by providing excellent customer service.

My daughter has been at Ultimate for over 5 years now. We LOVE the coaches. Excellent training, very detail oriented when learning skills, step by step progression. The coaches truly care about each girl, and want to see her do the best she can. I've seen them push when needed, back off when needed, and most of all, they are teaching not just gymnastic skills, but life skills. The girls learn to work hard, manage their time, persevere towards a goal, work on independent goals as well as bond and work as a team. A huge shout-out to Ms. Pam in the front office who always knows the answer to the question

Ultimate Gymnastics is a great place to give your child confidence, a strong work ethic, and strength and balance skills. The coaches don't let kids try tricks they are not ready for. All is done with baby steps to learn the perfect form for doing gymnastics the right way. Kids do extensive stretching and warmups at every practice too. I would highly recommend them!
