Bought from their Ft Wayne auction and it was a nightmare. Stood at the door for check in and nobody came. They only have ONE day with THREE hours for pickup for the entire auction. There's no handicap accessibility and I walk with a cane. I've worked for an online auction and been to many different ones, but NEVER has there not been someone to help load or equipment to make it easier. The pictures didn't show, nor was it mentioned, that the 3 totes and lids I bought were broken. I should have known better when they take money off my card just to register to bid. I'll take this on the chin and
