Marc Follese, the CEO of Breeze Escrow & Title, moved down to Florida from Minnesota in 1986. Shortly after began Marc served our nation in the NAVY as an operations specialist and eventually made rank of OS2(SW). He served aboard the USS Guadalcanal LPH-7 for 4 years until he decided to make his way back down south to Florida and begin his career in Real Estate.

Breeze Escrow & Title is always aware of, and up to date on, all industry practices and guidelines as a result of our professional associations, required continuing education, and a genuine desire to stay on top of the profession. RESPA and FREC are the guiding rules for our title insurance and settlement practices.
From the time the contract and complete financial short sale package is submitted to the lender, our Team will be in the mix assisting either side for what may be required. Approval can take anywhere from 30 days to 6 months, but we hope to expediaite that with our skills and quick responses along the way.

Talk about a great guy to sign all of your paperwork with. From the moment I spoke with mike on the phone to the moment I left he was all in on our deal. He made sure my lender provided him the appropriate documents before our closing day came to an end with no paperwork signed.
