Precision Title

I used Precision title to help transact my recent refinance. Awesome job by the staff and very thorough when going over documents. Thank you!

Precision Title: Not at all precise.
My first email/task from them: They got the property I was purchasing incorrect-left out the unit # (there are 16 units at the address).
I called the office 3 separate times/no one picked up their phone which has aTEN digit extension.
Left voicemails-never returned my calls-only a short email reply.
Only a staff of 4 people-1 of them appears to be 16 years old.
Found them to be very unprofessional-In business for 17 years-one would think they would have more of a professional presence.
Do your research on Title companies- don’t go with this one-check

If I could give a negative point I'd be doing it.
When I closed on my place, I paid for the titles, as well as everything else.
I'm still waiting and now I can get homestead exemption, IF I GET MY TITLES.
I've been dealing with them since Feb. 2020.
No luck with ANYTHING.
I know there are other people who are having the same problems with this place.
One is trying to get a class action suit together.
This was the worst real estate transaction I've ever had.

I want to thank David Oliver for meeting with me and taking the time to mentor and guide me. As a Realtor, it can be hard to start in the business. His company has hosted Networking Events that I was able to attend and meet fellow Realtors and other Industry Professionals. He is professional, knowledgeable and personable. Kristen, David, and others I've met at Precision Title are a very knowledgeable and talented group of experts committed to their clients and are well-immersed in the real estate community. They are a delight to collaborate with during open house functions and education courses for agents.

They have liar in their midst. My wife applied for a position and in the same day she and I were lied to saying first it was only a part time position, she was then hung up on. Mind you we had no idea who called, we had to do the digging to figure it out. My wife calls back and is told the position was filled within five minutes. Later on we're told it wasn't a part time position, it was a full time position. I value integrity and I don't see that being a fundamental in this agency. She not only stayed after hours to get our refinanced mortgage closed, she communicated with me every step of the way and went out of her way to make sure all docs were correct. I highly recommend Precision Title. They go above and beyond for their customers and are such friendly caring ladies.
