Dan is one of two principals of MCR Engineering. He oversees our construction management division, inspection services, and private development engineering departments. He is well respected for his "team-building" approach when working with employees, clients and regulatory agencies. He knows how to build relationships that translate to a good work product and how to get the most out of those that he manages.
Rob is a Principal of MCR Engineering with over 20 years of well-rounded design experience in civil engineering. He is noted for his excellent people skills (a rare possession among engineers) and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and his associates. He is well respected for his work ethic and moral values.
Shawn is a Project Manager with over 20 years of well-rounded design experience in civil engineering, forward planning, and entitlements. He is noted for his diligent work ethic and ability to communicate effectively with clients and his associates. He is well respected for his teamwork environment and moral values.
Nick is one of five Civil Engineers at MCR Engineering, with 4 years of well-rounded design and practiced experience in local city projects. He has spent 3 of those years as a full/part-time inspector and resident engineer for the City of Oakdale and Waterford, during which he spent his time in the field becoming well versed with typical construction practices and standards, giving him a leading knowledge for the team during project designs.
Doug manages our mapping department and has over 19 years of experience in mapping and boundary work. Doug oversees parcel and subdivision mapping, Records of Survey, analyzing boundary data, Lot Line Adjustments and Mergers, writes legal descriptions and prepares exhibits. Known for his intense focus and attention to detail, Doug has earned the respect of the county surveyors who check his work.
