We transitioned from one AT & T internet circuit to another one to take advantage of some cost savings. Sounds easy? Not at all. Any obstacle you could think of was put in our way. I want to thank both Sandy Salazar and Max MacLean for not only helping to resolve each and every issue, but staying on top of everything and making sure everything was working. The level of service that Derek of Biztek Solutions provides is amazing, I did a consultation with him via zoom during the covid-19 pandemic looking to bring my companies technology needs to a new level and he took time to explain things to me, offered feedback and recommendations.
